Un-buffered acidfree tissue is perfect for storing photographs and clothing that is sensitive to a higher pH level. Just layer the acid free tissue paper sheets between your artwork or documents to guard against acid migration and abrasion.
Note: Un-buffered tissue is pH neutral, and works well for storing most items including photographs and documents. Buffered tissue has an alkaline composition achieved by adding calcium carbonate. Buffered tissue will also work for photos but if you are preserving textiles, it is better to use buffered tissue for natural plant derived fibers and un-buffered tissue for animal fibers.

“I have not had time to really use these tissue sheets. We are in the process of moving and will deal with this after our move. The tissue sheets look like they will work very good in protecting our valuable older photos. Thanks for the quick delivery.”

Product Choice
They appear to be able to keep our larger photos safely stored instead of getting rid of them. 11 x 14 is hard to find. Amazon did not appear to have acid free and their albums had sticky pages, not what I wanted to these family photos.

“The product is just what I wanted. But, the tissue was described on the web page as coming in a roll. I chose that, because I had planned to take it in my luggage for a coming trip, and it would be easy to pack. Since it is in a flat package, I had to fold it and work it around other contents. Please make the description on the web page accurate. ### Our apologies. We have since revised the product description.”
