“I ordered to use as Christmas presents, and they came in well packaged and padded, so no chance of anything breaking. And when I ordered, they were on back order from the warehouse, but when I called customer service, they were extremely nice and helpful. The woman even had it drop shipped from the warehouse (I ordered a case), to make sure I got them in time. As far as the frame itself, its study and great quality, especially for the price.
