Q: I have a Format Gallery 11x 14 / 5x7 Black Format Air Mat frame by MCS Industries, Inc. The numbers under the scan bar are 0 44021 46323 9. It has a white double mat. A few years back I bought several of these frames for my photography at AC Moore and have been unable to find them since. Are the 11x14 / 3x7 opening and 8x10 / 31/2 x 5 opening frames shown available with the double mat or do you know how I may be able to track them down? I am interested in purchasing them in quantity.

  A: Usually the bar code on is associated with the store that is selling them. Get Smart Products does not sell an MCS Format Gallery frame at this time with a 3x7 and 8x10 opening.

Q: Does this thin black pop out frame come in 14x18?

  A: The closest size to what you are looking for is 16 x 20 for this frame.
