Q: When it says ships in 2-3 days...does that mean it will arrive in 2-3 days or is that how long it takes to process the order?

  A: Ground orders take 2-3 business days to leave the warehouse. If you add the items to your cart and enter the zip code that you are shipping to you will see the estimated delivery dates for ground orders as well as the expedited delivery dates.
