Q: Pioneer TRB-114 3-Ring Binder item# K-TRB-114
dimensions are 11 1/2 x 11/3/4 - is this the overall dimensions of the binder or the dimensions of the inserts it holds. I previously bought a binder from another retailer with dimensions of 12x12 but the overall dimensions were actually 13x15 and 12x12 was for the inserts that fit.

A: The binder is not the part that needs to be archival, it is the pages that the photos are stored in that will make it archival.
