Q: Are you supposed to take the vinyl cover off this album? I've added 20 pages plus the four posts at the top and the bottom and it won't close. I can't figure out why. I took out one of the posts at the top and the bottom so it wasn't so high and it still doesn't close properly. What am I doing wrong?

A: If the album is more than two inches thick you will need to remove the spine covering to release the front and back cover from one another, the album will be open on all four sides. There are a number of videos on the web for adding and removing scrapbook pages to Pioneer albums if you do a search you for that you may see the issue that you are having.

Q: Are the posts on this memory book the same spacing as a standard three-ring binder? I would like to use the Print File Print Preserver pages (4x6, 5x7 and 8x10) to organize my photos in this book, along with the scrapbook pages. Thanks!

A: The refill pages that are made for this album have 3 holes spaced four and a quarter inches apart which is standard three ring refill page hole placement.

Q: I need to know how many insert pages total will fit in the 8 1/2 x 11 album e-x load memory book. Thanks

A: I don't think that would be an issue because people use this album as a scrapbook.
