Q: Is the memo area written on directly, or is it a removable slip of paper that is inserted? If it is just written on...how do you correct a mistake?

  A: You would write directly on the memo area in this album. Customers have stated they use white out if they make an error.

Q: Is the plastic cover on the photo album archival or should it be removed for long term storage?

  A: The plastic cover is a dust jacket to protect the cover from soiling. You can leave it on or remove it, that is up to you.

Q: How do I go about ordering refills? I need 6 refill packages.
I ordered the wrong books, I wanted the ones that hold 400 photo's per page.
I see the albums, I purchased can hold 400, so I will add more refills.
