Q: Need to put a picture in and not sure how to take it apart with out breaking it. Help

  A: There are tabs that swivel on the back of the frame, simply turn the swivels and pull the backing off.

  A: This does not come with a pen but you can use any ballpoint pen.

Q: Can we use sharpies and gel pens? Will it bleed?
