Q: I am using Pioneer Memory Scrapbooks with 12" X 12" top loading white sheets, and I am looking for refills. The number is have for the refills is RMW-5. Do you have the 12" X 12" top loading white refills in the clear polypropylene sheet protectors? How much are they, and what is the shipping cost? Thank you.

  A: The pages will load into your strap-bound album using the upper and lower key holes shaped holes on the page. You can then remove the acid free paper from the top of the sheet protector and add your item to it and slide it back into the sheet protector.

Q: Are these page protectors safe for long term photo storage. I have inherited several old "magnetic" photo albums that contain pictures of my grandparents and great grandparents (1850-1920 era). I am removing the pictures and creating new safe albums.

  A: We do sell refills made for specific Pioneer post bound albums as well. Simply search for the album that you have and under the description tab you will see a link to the page for that album.

Q: I've purchased these several times over many years and noticed that the last couple of batches are thinner than before. I know you've stated that they fit Pioneer, and it is in the title, but are these made by Pioneer? I'm still going to place a bulk order but am curious about who the manufacturer is. Thank you.

Q: I am looking to replenish my top loading refill pages. I have previously ordered from fotobella, and now that pdfile has them, I wanted to know if they were of the same thickness. I have ordered 1 package in the past, but decided to back for refund because they were thicker than I had expected. Has anyone come across this also?

I had found pages at Hobby Lobby, but they are slightly too wide for my 12x12 album.

  A: These sheet protectors are the same thickness that come with the 12x12 Pioneer scrapbooks that the RMW-5 style pages.
  
  We do not have an exact thickness but I have not heard that there are any issues from our customers.
