  A: Hi Lorraine: Yes, It will lie flat when opened. It has a screwpost binding which can be opened to add refill pages.

Q: I need an 8" by 8" scrapbook to make an ABC boob. I will need about 25 white scrapbook pages and 25 8" by 8" page protectors. I don't see this size page protector on your site. Do you have those?
