Q: I am looking for sheet protectors for my 12 x 12 creative memories scrapbook They are open on the left and right side and slide on. do you have these?

  A: These sheet protectors are 11-1/4 inches x 11 1/4 inches so they will not fit a 12x12 sheet. They are made specifically for the Pioneer SB-700 scrapbook.

Q: I just bought a scrapbook Pioneer 700 SB. The pages measure from top to bottom 11 3/4 and across 11 1/4. You say your slip on protectors (sleeves) for the 700 SB measure 11 1/4 x 11 1/4. How will that work when the top to bottom pages measure 11 3/4.

My computer changed the captcha text for my next question so it may not have gone. My previous order from you for K-7-SBP that fit perfectly measures 10 x 11 3/4. Do you still have that size?

  A: These are the correct sheet protectors for the page. the overall page size is 11-1/4 x 11-3/4 which includes the portion where the holes are.

Q: I have a Pioneer SB-700 and the sheet protectors (7-SBP) (no K) should be 11 3/4" high. You list these as 12 1/4" high which is too short. Is this a typo? Or is there another 7-SBP that you sell that is 11 1/4" X 11 3/4" ?

  A: There is an error on our web site. The sheet protectors are 10 inches wide and 11 14/16 inches tall. We apologize for the error.

Q: How do these sheet protectors stay on? Do I need to put a dab of glue on a corner or what keeps them from sliding out of place or falling off?

  A: The protector is slightly larger than the sheet so it can slide over.
  
  Once the protector is in place it doesn't move since there isn't a lot of extra room.
