Q: I have Pioneer MB-1EIBN 12 X 12 and would like to purchase photo pages for 4 X 6 photos. Will this product fit, other suggestions?

  A: These pages will fit all Pioneer 12x12 scrapbooks. The overall dimensions of the pages are 13 x 12-1/8 inches and the 3 holes are spaces 4.25 inches apart.

  A: The response to the question above indicated that "13" as one of the dimensions...the album is only 12x12, doesn't seem logical. Or did I misunderstand?
  
  Answer From Get Smart Products: The 12x12 sizing refers to the usable paper size in the scrapbook, which is also an estimated size as most aren't true 12x12's. You would need to measure the overall sizing of the album for the album dimensions. Most Of the Pioneer 12x12 scrapbooks overall dimension are above 13 inches which is why these pages fit.

Q: The picture looks like there isn't an area for the "memo" slip under vertical pictures. Is this correct?

  A: The special bi-directional design allows pages to hold photos either vertical or horizontal but if you place them horizontally you will not have access to the memo area for that image.

  A: These pages are not intended for the MP-46 albums. The pre-punched holes on the page do not match up with the spacing of the posts in the MP-46 album.

Q: I have 2 Broyhill 500 picture slip-in photo albums that measure 13 1/2 by 12". The sheet size is 11 1/2 x 12 1/2. It has 5 (4x6) black photo sleeves (3 horizontal, 2 vertical) on each side of the sheet. Although the albums do not mention or show refills available, I am just trying to add 2 or 3 more sheets to complete the album. Would these work?

  A: These pages are larger than what you mentioned are currently in the book. Please compare them to your current pages:

Q: Will these pages fit in the MP-300 pioneer album for 3.5x5" photos? The dimensions you list here for these pages do not make it clear which is the width and which measurement is the height.

  A: Sorry, they do not. the pages from the MP-300 album will fit in the Pioneer MP46 album if you would like to add them to that book.

  A: Sorry, Pioneer does not make any other pages that will for the MP-300 album. MP-300 pages will fit inside of the Pioneer MP-46 album if you are looking to add them to a 4x6 album.

Q: I have used these sheets for quite a few years. Lately I have gotten them with a rip in the middle of the page, meaning that if I enclose a photo with the long side vertical, it slips below where the plastic should be connected, but it's not, as it either hasn't been attached in the production, or it wasn't completely attached along the whole width of the page. It's usually on one side only with the holes on the left side facing. This is poor quality control and needs to be addressed.
