A: The Pioneer snap-load kit is meant to replace two posts in our Pioneer post bound albums. Pages in post bound albums sometimes have three holes even though only the center hole is not used. We can not verify if these would work in other types of three hole albums.

Q: I need a large expandable album with protective pages for conventional photos. Probably will need about 40 pages. Is the snap load retrofit expansion product compatible with my FTM 15 Family Treasury Memory Book? If so, how many do I need to order to accommodate 40 pages of photos? Thank you in advance. Paul

A: The snap load conversion kit will fit on any of the Pioneer post bound albums that accept additional refills pages. You can only add one retrofit set per album and the manufacturer states each kit can hold up to 300 pages.

Q: Won't the 'teeth' on the straps wear on the interior pages? ... and over time make the holes on each page larger?
Answered by Anthony, August 2, 2016 at 11:30:44 AM EDT.
A: The teeth are actually held in place by another portion of the kit. If you click on the video tab you will see a short video that show it in better detail.

Q: The video does not show how to add pages. Could you explain to me how to add pages.
Answered by Anthony, December 5, 2018 at 09:42:26 AM EST.
A: Once you add the retrofit kit to your album the arms on the kit can be lifted. You will then put those arms in the holes on the pages and once you are done adding pages you will need to snap the arms back into the lock position.
