  A: If the manufacturer provided us with an ETA we do list it on the items page.

  A: This frame is intended to hold a regular 11x14 photo. If the items are thicker than that it will not work as intended.

  A: The format frames can hold a picture and a single layer mat that is as thick as a standard sheet of paper.
