Q: How do I open up the album so as to add pages?

  A: There is an extra strip of material on the inside of the covers. Fold that flap back to reveal the top of the screw posts.
  
  Hold one side of the post still using a screwdriver or a set of pliers and unscrew the other end using a screwdriver. Doing this will keep the post still and allow the top to be unscrewed.
  
  You can then add the extension posts to the existing posts as well as the pages and put the album back together.

  A: Sorry, we do not emboss any of the items that we sell. Pioneer does sell a brass plate that can be engraved but you would need to contact them directly for that.
