Q: Can I insert 8 1/2 X 11 plastic sleeves that are divided to hold 2 5X7 photographs? The sleeves are made for 3-ring binders, but I'm hoping I can insert them into the screwpost format or that you have a screwpost formatted plastic sleeve for 5X7 photos. Thanks

  A: The manufacturer does not make a page like that for this album but you may be able to punch new holes in a different refill page and add them to the album.

Q: I really like this scrapbook size and construction, but am concerned about the cloth cover getting dirty over time. Are they cleanable?

  A: This albums can be cleaned using cloth cleaner. As always, test on an inconspicuous area and do not over saturate the item.

  A: This book is a post bound album so it can hold an unlimited amount of refills. Once the album is about 2 inches thick you will have to remove the material around the spine which releases the front and back covers from one another.

Q: I loved the scrapbook and it looked great when I added my content. When I went to add the refill pages I ordered I ran into a problem. I had difficulty getting the screws in once I added the extra posts. I re-read the directions and took it apart several times. It doesn't appear that the screws lie flat.They seem to be too high and do not screw down any further. Have others had a problem adding pages? Very disappointed....... Can you offer some insight? Where exactly are the the spacers added?

  A: There are some excellent videos on YouTube showing how to install refills in post bound albums that can show the process step by step.
  
  As for the spacers, you do not need to use them if you do not want to. Most people pass on them to add additional pages to the albums.
